STEP I | Creating an FTP Customer Account

  • Login:  https://hgws12.win.hostgator.com:8443/login_up.php

    • U| tabwiz        /           P| Watchi68

  • Select: File Manager Nodes New Directory  >  “CustomerName

  • Select: Websites & Domains > FTP Access Add an FTP Account  >

    • Account Name | Same as Directory Name above “CustomerName

    • Home Directory | Browse to Nodes/CustomerName

    • Password (Temp) | tabWiz@123

    • Allow Read/Write Permissions > OK

 

STEP II | Creating new TabWizardOnline Business Account

Note:  A Business Name and Location Name must be created for every account

            U| tabwiz@hotmail.com        /           P| Watchi68

  • Select: Add Business

  • Create the Business Name & Email Address > Create Business

  • Locate Business Name > Details > Add Location >

    • Folder Location Name | “CustomerName”

Note: (Must be exactly spelled as the “CustomerName” folder created in Step I)

 

STEP III | Connecting the Tab Wizard computer to TabWizardOnline account

 

STEP IV | Create the Batch file that will sync data from Computer to FTP folder

  • Open and Run MakeSyncBatchFile utility

    • Username | “CustomerName”

    • Password | “tabWiz@123”

    • Remote Folder | CustomerName/reports

    • Select Make Batch File > OK > Exit (Should receive a successful confirmation)

 

STEP V | Configure Batch file to connect to the customer FTP account

  • Test the Synchronize.bat file located in the TabWizTouch directory (Run as Administrator)

Note:  If the file does not run, find problem and fix it!

  • Open Bat-to-Exe which should be installed already onto the customer computer.

Note: Run as Administrator

  • Select > Open > Browse to the TabWizTouch directory

  • Select the synchronize.bat file > Open

  • From the right side, select > Exe-Format >

  • Select the OS Bit for the computer and Invisible option > Convert

  • At the Browser window, save file name as “twSynchronize” > Save

  • Select > Convert again and locate the “twSynchronize.exe” file > Right-Click > Properties

  • Select the Compatibility tab > Check the following boxes:

    • Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 7

    • Run this program as administrator > Apply > OK > Cancel

    • Close Bat-to-Exe Converter

 

STEP VI | Configure Automatic Synch with Windows Task Scheduler

  • Test & Run the Synchronize.bat file located in the TabWizTouch directory (Run as Administrator)

  • Click the Windows Start button > Task Scheduler

  • Right-Click Task Scheduler Library on left panel > Create Basic Task

  • Give the task a name “twSynchronize” > Next > (Daily) Next > (Time) Next > (Start a program) Next > Browse (TabWizTouch/twSynchronize.exe) Open > Next >

  • Click the box “Open the Properties dialog for this task when I click Finish” > Finish >

  • Select the Triggers tab > Click the box labeled “Repeat task every” > 5 Minutes > OK > OK
