1. Click the Windows Start button

2, Type "CMD"

3. Right-click Command Prompt >Run as Administrator

4. Past the following line into command prompt

  RD /S /Q "%WinDir%\System32\GroupPolicyUsers" && RD /S /Q "%WinDir%\System32\GroupPolicy"

4. Hit >Enter and close Command Prompt

5. Re-open gpedit.msc and notice all items are set to "Not Configured"
